摘要
BIM技术具有集成多维度建筑信息、提供可视化平台的优势,能有效提高建设项目工程量计算效率。然而,在其应用过程中也存在着关键风险亟需开展管理。文章以项目总承包方视角,从大量文献成果中析出了BIM在工程造价应用中存在的20个风险因素;通过问卷调查的方式获取相关数据,进而应用DEMATEL方法确定主要风险因素,结合ISM方法建模分析风险递阶结构,最后从政府、企业及技术三个方面的五个底层因素提出风险应对措施。
BIM technology has the advantages of integrating multi-dimensional building information and providing visual platform,which can effectively improve the computational efficiency of construction projects.However,in the process of its application,there are also key risks that need to be managed.From the perspective of the general contractor,20 risk factors existing in the application of BIM in project cost were extracted from a large number of literatures.Relevant data were obtained through questionnaire survey,and then the main risk factors were determined by DEMATEL method,and the hierarchical structure of risk was analyzed by modeling combined with ISM method.Finally,risk countermeasures were proposed from the five low-level factors of government,enterprise and technology.
