摘要
本文对大数据背景下建筑企业绩效管理深入思考,分析建筑企业绩效管理过程存在的主要问题,论述绩效管理工作在建筑企业内部管理过程中的应用方式,通过采取系统性提升企业管理方式、提升工作人员的绩效管理工作意识、关注与工作人员开展积极沟通和全面交流、合理有效实施绩效管理工作制度、提升物质和精神奖励程度等方式,提升建筑企业绩效管理水平。
This article deeply considers the performance management of construction enterprises under the background of big data,analyzes the main problems existing in the performance management process of construction enterprises,discusses the application way of performance management in the internal management process of construction enterprises,and adopts the some way to improve the performance management level of construction enterprises,including systematic improvement of corporate management methods,enhancing the staff's awareness of performance management,paying attention to active and comprehensive communication with staff,rationally and effectively implementing the performance management work system,and improving the level of material and spiritual rewards.
