新农村建设领域装配式建筑与现浇式建筑 成本对比研究--以庄浪县阳川镇L安置区项目为例

Comparative Study on the Cost of Prefabricated and Cast-in-place Buildings in the Field of New Rural Construction:Take the L Resettlement Area Project in Yangchuan Town,Zhuanglang County as an Example

本文以甘肃省平凉市庄浪县阳川镇L安置区项目为实例,分别对现浇式和装配式两种建造方式进行工程概算,用定量方法分析成本差异,并找出造成成本差异的原因。在此基础上,对装配式建筑在新农村建设领域应用进行可行性分析。

This paper takes Yangchuan(Zhuanglang County,Pingliang City,Gansu Province)L resettlement project as an example,makes engineering budgetary estimates for cast-in-place and prefabricated construction,analyzes the cost differences with quantitative methods and finds the reasons.On this basis,the feasibility analysis of the application of prefabricated buildings in the new rural construction field is carried out.
