第三次全国国土调查的制约因素与改进建议研究

Research on the Restrictive Factors and Improvement Suggestions of the Third National Land Survey

国土资源是我国的一项重要的自然资源,对于土地资源的合理利用和建设开发对于促进我国经济的可持续发展十分重要。笔者从介绍第三次全国国土调查工作具体内容入手,对于此项工作开展的重点进行具体分析,阐述目前开展这项工作的一些主要制约因素,并针对如何克服这些制约因素提出一些开展好国土调查的改进措施,为更好开展这项工作出谋划策。

Land and resources are the important natural resource in China.The rational use,construction and development of land resources are very important to promote the sustainable development of China's economy.The author starts with the introduction of the specific content of the third national land survey work,makes a specific analysis of the focus of this work,elaborates some of the main constraints,and proposes the improvement measures for the better development of this work.
