The problem of housing quality is related to the vital interests of thousands of households and the stability of society.Solving such problems is also a requirement of the country's major policy guidelines.This article mainly studies and analyzes the construction process management and supervision of the residential project quality and the supervision of the administrative department.It is hoped that through effective management and reasonable guidance of external and internal factors of residential project construction,the occurrence of residential project quality problems can be reduced.
