摘要
为了规范轨道交通工程建设流程,提高工程建设的管理水平,文章给出基于BIM技术的轨道交通建设管理平台的建设方案。基于工程项目全生命周期建设流程,本次建设管理平台分为前期规划管理系统、设计管理系统、施工管理系统和运营维护管理系统四部分,并给出每个管理系统的功能需求及基于BIM技术的实现方法。同时给出基于BIM技术的轨道交通建设管理平台的硬件实施架构及拓扑图,确保方案的物理可行性。最后对BIM工程建设管理平台的发展方向进行预测和展望。
In order to standardize the construction process of rail transit project and improve the management level of project construction,this paper presents the construction scheme of rail transit construction management platform based on BIM technology.Based on the whole life cycle construction process of the project,the management platform is divided into four parts:planning management system,design management system,construction management system and operation and maintenance management.The functional requirements of each management system and the implementation method based on BIM technology are given.And then,the hardware implementation architecture and topology of the rail transit construction management platform based on BIM Technology are given.Finally,the future development of BIM engineering construction management platform is predicted and prospected.
