摘要
文章说明了紫外线高压汞灯的辐照度值测量结果的不确定度评定方法。通过引入数学模型,并结合试验室的实际情况,合理分析了输入量、不稳定性、量化误差及安装与调试等因素引入的不确定度分量,从而首次评定了紫外线高压汞灯的辐照度值测量结果的不确定度。
The article introduces a method of evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of ultraviolet irradiance of ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp.By introducing a mathematical model and combining with the actual situation of the laboratory,some uncertainty components are reasonably analyzed,such as input quantity,instability,quantization error,installation and commissioning,etc.,thereby evaluating the uncertainty in measurement of ultraviolet irradiance of ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp for the first time.
