清金化痰汤配合针刺四缝穴对慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

The efficacy of the Qingjin Huatan decoction plus acupunctureat Sifeng points on chronic cough

目的:观察清金化痰汤配合针刺四缝穴对慢性咳嗽的疗效.方法:以本院慢性咳嗽患者80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例.对照组予以常规西药对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加清金化痰汤配合针刺四缝穴进行治疗,疗程均为2周.治疗前后均进行咳嗽症状积分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及中医证候积分;评定两组治疗效果.结果:观察组咳嗽症状积分、VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:清金化痰汤配合针刺四缝穴治疗慢性咳嗽可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者咳嗽症状体征.

Objective:To observe the effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction(清金化痰汤)plus acupuncture at Sifeng points(四缝穴)on chronic cough.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group received symptomatic treatment with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupuncture at Sifeng points more,for 2 weeks.Results:Scores of cough symptoms,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupuncture at Sifeng points can effectively improve effects and the cough symptoms and signs.
