Professor Huang Qingsong has extensive experience in treating respiratory diseases,especially cough diseases.At diagnosis,auscultation and olfaction were noted.Waigan Neishang(外感内伤),Hanre Xushi(寒热虚实)and Zangfu(脏腑)are referenced,applied for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Based on the classic theory of TCM and the experience of modern medical doctors with own clinical experience,the corresponding prescription is selected for the treatment of cough disease,and the clinical effect is remarkable.Professor Huang Qingsong’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating cough disease were summarized,in order to provide a reference for clinical related treatment.
