柴芩清宁胶囊在治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and safety of the Chaiqin Qingning capsuleon acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的:评估柴芩清宁胶囊治疗在治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效与安全性.方法:选取2019年2-6月在我院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染风温病热袭肺卫证的儿童患者100例,全部患者随机分为两组,对照组口服清开灵颗粒,试验组接受柴芩清宁胶囊治疗,每组50例.监测患儿服药后的体温变化,记录患儿完全退热时间和治疗前后的炎性因子,评估两组患儿的临床症状积分、中医证候积分以及临床疗效.结果:试验组患儿的体温下降比对照组快;试验组患儿完全退热时间明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患儿治疗后临床症状积分和中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组治疗后的高敏C反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、半胱氨酰白三烯(Cysteinyl Leukotrienes,CyslTs)及细胞间粘附因子-1(Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1,ICAM-1)水平明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患儿的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:柴芩清宁胶囊在治疗儿童上呼吸道感染风温病热袭肺卫证方面疗效确切,退热效果好,可明显改善临床症状和中医证候,且兼具有安全性.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Chaiqin Qingning capsule(柴芩清宁胶囊)on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The study group received the Chaiqi Qingning capsules,and the control group received the Qingkailing granules(清开灵颗粒).Results:The temperature in the experimental group were decreased faster than the control group,and the recovery time of body temperature in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes in the experimental groups after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hs-CRP,CyslTs and ICAM-1 levels in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chaiqin qingning capsule is effective on children with upper respiratory tract infection of the Rexi Feiwei syndrome(热袭肺卫)of Fengwen disease(风温病),with good antipyretic effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes,and fewer adverse reactions.
