分析针灸疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

Efficacy of acupuncture on chronic heart failure

目的:分析针灸疗法用于慢性心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效.方法:收集我院2017年5月-2019年8月接纳的慢性心力衰竭病例86例,应用随机抽签方式落实分组,一般治疗组(43例,接受常规西药治疗)与中医针灸组(43例,接受常规西药治疗联合中医针灸治疗),对照两组临床疗效,测定治疗后两组血浆脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、搏血量、左心室舒张、收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数、心搏出量及输出量,评估患者生活质量,统计不良反应情况,统计治疗后患者中医证候积分并组间对比.结果:中医针灸组血浆BNP水平明显低于一般治疗组(P<0.05),左心室舒张、收缩末期内径以及中医证候积分对比均为中医针灸组明显更低(P<0.05),左心室射血分数、心搏出量、心输出量、多项生活质量评分(物质、心理、社会、躯体)、临床总效率对比均为中医针灸组显著更高(P<0.05),不良反应发生率对比中医针灸组与一般治疗组无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:临床慢性心力衰竭病例治疗中通过落实针灸治疗可进一步改善患者心功能,提高其生活质量,且安全性高,可积极推广.

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture on chronic heart failure.Methods:86 cases were divided into 2 groups,43 cases in each.The treatment group was given conventional treatment,and the acupuncture group was given acupuncture more.Results:The BNP level in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than the treatment group(P<0.05).In the acupuncture group,the left ventricular diastole,the inner diameter of the late systolic and TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,cardiac output,quality of life score and clinical efficiency were significant higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups did not showed a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on chronic heart failure show a good effect,can improve heart function and the quality of life,and has high safety.
