研究中医综合治疗对于胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效

Clinical effects of comprehensive treatment of TCM on compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae

目的:分析在患有胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗当中,中医综合治疗方案的应用效果.方法:纳入本院骨科于2018年2月-2019年3月收治的44例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行观察,将入组对象按照硬币投掷法均匀分作参照组与研究组,给予参照组常规方式治疗,研究组则需同时接受中医综合治疗,观察两组患者接受不同方案治疗前后的疼痛情况以及治疗后的临床疗效.结果:研究组接受治疗后的整体疗效明显好于参照组,且治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于参照组,相关数据分析后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗,给予其中医综合治疗方案干预的效果更好,该治疗模式值得应用.

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment of TCM on compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae.Methods:44 patients were evenly divided into the reference group and the research group according to the coin toss method.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the research group received comprehensive treatment of TCM.Results:The overall efficacy in the study group was significantly better than the reference group,and the VAS after treatment was lower than the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of TCM shows a better effect,and is worthy of application.
