以应用为导向的薄膜材料与技术综合实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 基于应用型创新人才的培养目标,通过创新教学模式,整合教学资源,以国际研究热点氧化物薄膜晶体管(TFT)作为实验对象,为薄膜材料与技术实验课程设计了以应用为导向的综合性实验。该实验设计采用全面贯穿"应用导向驱动学生好奇心"的实践教学模式,通过模拟科学研究全过程,将典型薄膜材料、传统制膜技术以及多种薄膜表征手段等课程知识要点有机结合,激发学生的学习热情,促进学生对课程重点知识的掌握,提升学生运用综合知识解决实际问题的能力,培养学生的创新意识和科研素养。 Based on the training purposes of applied innovative talents, an application-oriented comprehensive experiment with the international hotspot research of the oxide semiconductor-based thin-film transistor (TFT) as the experimental object is designed for the thin film materials and technology courses by innovating teaching mode and integrating teaching resources. On the basis of the teaching mode of "inspiring the undergraduates’ curiosity by using application orientation",the experiment could simulate the whole process of scientific research. The experiment covers the key knowledge points of courses,including the typical thin-film materials,traditional preparation method of the films,and various characterizations of the films. The experiment can help students to master the key knowledge points of courses,inspire their interests and enthusiasm for research,improve their abilities to comprehensively use knowledge to solve practical problems,and cultivate their innovation and scientific research literacy.
