摘要
基于科研成果,结合微生物学、药物分析、药理学等多项实验课程,以社会热点-肠道健康为研究主题,探索并实践制药工程专业交叉教学实验。以前期科研成果产出的一株典型益生菌罗伊氏乳杆菌为研究对象,对菌株的生理生化、分子生物学等特性进行鉴定,以巩固学生微生物培养、鉴定等基本技能;引入体外肠道厌氧发酵模拟器-气相色谱联用法,探究了该株益生菌在肠道中主要代谢产物种类和数量;建立肠道菌群失调小鼠模型,在宏观动物水平上评价该菌株的肠道健康功效。该教学实验不仅涵盖了微生物基本操作,还拓展了微生物体内外功能评价,对培养学生综合实验技能与科研素养具有一定意义。
Based on the research focus"intestinal health",the cross-over teaching experiment was exploited as regard to the isolated Lactobacillus reuteri,which is our study subject. Firstly,Lactobacillus reuteri was incubated and its physiological-biochemical characteristic was identified,which was helpful to consolidate the basic operational skills.Then,the stimulate intestinal fermentation was established to investigate the fermentation characteristic in vitro,and the short chain fatty acid (SCFA) was detected by gas chromatography (GC). Lastly,the intestinal flora imbalance model in mice was established followed by the estimating its intestinal health regulating effect. In general,though the comprehensive teaching experiment,students can not only grasp the basic experiment skills,but also be familiar with the functional assessment of medical microbe in vitro and in vivo,which is helpful for scientific quality.
