摘要
近年来,装配式建筑和BIM技术已然成了当下我国建筑业备受关注的热点,国家出台一系列政策来推动建筑信息化、工业化。其中,针对创新人才培养模式方面,明确鼓励高校设置装配式建筑相关课程,但目前大部分高校的土木工程专业还未设置装配式建筑方面的课程,无法满足行业对工业化专业人才的需求。为此,提出将BIM技术在装配式建筑现场管理中的应用成果推广于土木工程教学平台,基于BIM相关软件平台构建装配式土建模型,运用专业的施工模拟技术生成4D动画,模拟现场施工过程,让学生对装配式建筑充分了解。最终通过案例学习法,逐渐丰富装配式建筑教学案例数据库,同时在高校人才培养计划里,完善相关课程体系,构建新型开放式教学平台,这对于助力建筑工业化有着深远的意义。
In recent years,prefabricated building and BIM technology have become hot topics of China’s construction industry. A series of policies which encourage colleges to set up prefabricated-related courses in terms of innovation talents training pattern were issued to promote information and industrialization in construction domain. However,most of the civil engineering majors in universities have not yet set up courses in prefabricated construction,which cannot meet the industry’s demand for industrial professionals. Therefore,it is proposed to extend the application of BIM technology in the field management of prefabricated construction to the teaching platform of civil engineering. Based on the BIM platform,the prefabricated civil engineering model is created. 4 D animation is generated to simulate the on-site construction process using the professional construction simulation technology,so that students can fully understand the prefabricated construction. Finally,the case database of prefabricated building teaching will be enriched through case study method. At the same time,improving the relevant curriculum system and establishing a new open teaching platform in the college talent training plan have a profound significance for the building industrialization.
