摘要
大型仪器设备开放共享是高校普遍关注的问题。通过分析加强高校大型仪器设备开放共享的必要性和目前存在的问题,提出了注重开放共享宣传,共享观念深入人心;完善管理体系和制度,管理规范有效;统筹资源配置,加强全生命周期监管;加大运行维护经费投入,保障持续运转;完善激励机制,充分调动积极性等举措。通过这些举措,可以提高高校大型仪器设备管理水平,促进开放共享。
The opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in university has been attracted extensive attention. Based on the analysis of the necessity to strengthen opening and sharing and its problems,a series of measures are put forward,including focusing on opening and sharing publicity,and sharing idea is well known. It improves the management system and regulation to ensure orderly work,strengthens overall allocation of resources and life-cycle regulation,increases funding of operation and maintenance to ensure continuous operation,perfects incentive mechanism to arouse enthusiasm adequately. After application of these measures,the management level of large-scale instruments and equipment in university could be improved and its opening and sharing could be promoted.
