采用高温焙烧—硫酸浸出工艺从废电池材料中提取钴 被引量:5

摘要 研究了电池粉在不同气氛中焙烧预处理后用硫酸浸出钴,考察了焙烧气氛及硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对钴浸出率的影响,采用XRD、SEM对焙烧前后的电池材料进行表征。电池材料在氮气氛中焙烧处理后,表面变得蓬松、多孔,其中的钴酸锂转化成Li2CO3、CoO、Co;电池材料在氮气氛中于600℃下焙烧2 h,然后用浓度为4 mol/L硫酸溶液在85℃、液固体积质量比10 mL/g条件下浸出2.5 h,钴浸出率为88%,浸出效果较好。 The leaching of cobalt in spent lithium batteries by high temperature roasting—sulfuric acid leaching was researched.The effects of roasting atmosphere,roasting time and sulfuric acid concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on leaching of cobalt were examined.The XRD and SEM were used to analyze the battery materials before and after roasting.After being roasted in nitrogen atmosphere,the surface of the battery powder became fluffy and porous.The lithium cobaltate is converted into Li2CO3,CoO,and Co.Under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 4 mol/L,reaction temperature of 85℃,reaction time of 2.5 h,and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 10 mL/g,the leaching rate of cobalt at 600℃for 2 h in a nitrogen atmosphere is 88%,and the leaching effect is better.
