铁锰氧化物复合吸附剂的制备及其对多种离子的吸附性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以零价铁为还原剂、高锰酸钾为氧化剂,在真空水浴中通过一步真空法制备铁锰氧化物复合吸附剂。借助XRD、FTIR、SEM对产品形貌结构进行表征,考察吸附剂在不同温度和初始浓度下对单纯溶液中Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cd^2+及混合溶液中3种离子的吸附行为,并探讨吸附动力学。结果表明:所制备铁锰氧化物复合吸附剂为串珠状结构,主要成分为Fe3O4和Mn3O4;对Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cd^2+的吸附量受温度和离子浓度影响无明显规律,但大致排序为qe(Cu^2+)>qe(Cd^2+)>qe(mixCu^2+)>qe(Zn^2+)>qe(mixCd^2+)>qe(mixZn^2+);对单一离子的吸附量较为接近,对混合溶液中的Cu^2+有选择性吸附作用;溶液中Cu^2+的存在对吸附剂吸附Cd^2+和Zn^2+有较大抑制作用;对Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cd^2+的吸附动力学可用准二级动力学模型描述,吸附等温线较符合Langmuir模型。 The iron-manganese oxide composite adsorbent was prepared by one-step reaction in a vacuum water bath using zero-valent iron as reducing agent and potassium permanganate as oxidizing agent.The morphology and structure of the adsorbent were characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM.The adsorbent adsorption behaviors for Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Cd^2+in alone ion solutions and mixed ions solutions at different temperature and initial ion concentration were examined.The adsorption kinetics was also discussed.The results show that the adsorbent has a bead structure and mainly composition is Fe3O4 and Mn3O4.The adsorbent adsorption capacity is affected irregularly by temperature and ion concentration,but the adsorption capacity order for Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cd^2+is qe(Cu^2+)>qe(Cd^2+)>qe(mixCu^2+)>qe(Zn^2+)>qe(mixCd^2+)>qe(mixZn^2+).The adsorption capacity for alone ion is relatively close each other.And the adsorbent can adsorb selective Cu^2+in a multi metallic ions solution.Cu^2+in the solution has a great inhibition effect on the adsorption capacity for Cd^2+and Zn^2+.The adsorption kinetics of the adsorbent for Cu^2+,Zn^2+and Cd^2+can be described by a quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption isotherm is in line with the Langmuir equation.
