非皮质类固醇联合氟米龙眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎疗效观察

Curative effect of non-corticosteroid treatment combined with flumilone eye drops in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis

目的观察非皮质类固醇联合氟米龙眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法前瞻性选择2018年2月至2019年10月西安航天总医院眼科门诊治疗的106例季节性过敏性结膜炎患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采用0.1%盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液、埃美丁富马酸依美斯汀眼液、爱丽玻璃酸钠滴眼液等非皮质类固醇类药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用0.1%氟米龙眼液治疗。两周为一个疗程,一个疗程后比较两组患者的疗效、症状缓解时间、症状和体征评分以及并发症的差异。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为90.57%,明显高于对照组的58.49%,症状缓解时间为(3.26±0.25)d,明显短于对照组的(6.35±0.79)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者的眼痒[(1.92±0.13)分vs(3.12±0.15)分]、流泪[(1.85±0.21)分vs(2.46±0.37)分]、畏光[(1.71±0.31)分vs(2.36±0.30)分]、异物感[(5.48±0.43)分vs(7.94±0.69)分]、乳头[(1.92±0.13)分vs(3.12±0.15)分]、滤泡[(1.85±0.21)分vs(2.46±0.37)分]、分泌物[(1.71±0.31)分vs(2.36±0.30)分]、结膜充血[(5.48±0.43)分vs(7.94±0.69)分]评分比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总并发症发生率为1.89%,略低于对照组的5.66%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非皮质类固醇联合氟米龙眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎可促进临床症状和体征缓解,提高疗效,缩短症状缓解时间,且不增加并发症风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-corticosteroid treatment combined with flumilone eye drops in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis admitted to Department of Ophthalmology,Xi'an Aerospace Central Hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with non-corticosteroid drugs including 0.1%olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops,emmeticin fumarate eye drops,and sodium elliclate eye drops.The observation group was treated with 0.1%flumilong eye drops on the basis of the control group,all for 2 weeks.The curative effect,time of symptom relief,score of symptom and physical sign,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.57%vs 58.49%),and the symptom relief time was shorter than that of the control group:(3.26±0.25)d vs(6.35±0.79)d,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the following scores(P<0.05):pruritus,(1.92±0.13)points vs(3.12±0.15)points;lacrimation,(1.85±0.21)points vs(2.46±0.37)points;photophobia,(1.71±0.31)points vs(2.36±0.30)points;foreign body sensation score,(5.48±0.43)points vs(7.94±0.69)points;nipple,(1.92±0.13)points vs(3.12±0.15)points;follicular,(1.85±0.21)points vs(2.46±0.37)points;secretion,(1.71±0.31)points vs(2.36±0.30)points;conjunctival congestion,(5.48±0.43)points vs(7.94±0.69)points.The incidence of complications was 1.89%in the observation group vs 5.66%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For seasonal allergic conjunctivitis,non-corticosteroid treatment combined with flumilone eye drops can promote the relief of clinical symptoms and signs,improve the curative effect,shorten the time of symptom relief,and do not increase the risk of complications.
