Objective To study the application effect of goal-guided closed-loop management measures in blood transfusion management, and to provide referrence for blood transfusion management. Methods Goal-guided closed-loop management measures were applied to blood transfusion management, and the results before and after implementation were observed and compared.A total of 1025 patients who received blood transfusion in the Hospital of Qishan County before implementation of the goal-guided closed-loop management measures from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group, and 1056 patients who received blood transfusion in the Hospital of Qishan County after implementation from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group. The average delivery time of blood samples, the waiting time for transfusion after blood collection, the incidence of adverse events before and after transfusion, the incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of non-standardized blood transfusion events, and the average nursing man-hours of medical staff were compared between the two groups. Results The average delivery time of blood sample, the average waiting time of transfusion after blood collection, and the average nursing time of medical staff in the study group were(19.26±10.71)min,(14.95±12.58)min,(13.84±1.89)min,respectively,which were significantly shorter than corresponding(30.43±18.62)min,(33.82±6.39)min,(27.95±3.53)min in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of collection errors and label registration errors in the study group were both 0,which were significantly lower than corresponding 0.49%and 0.39%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of total adverse reactions in the study group was 0.28%versus 0.68%in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of abnormal records and checking procedures in the study group were 2.08%and 1.14%,which were significantly lower than corresponding 9.56%and 8.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal-guided closed-loop management measures applied to blood transfusion management are helpful for the rational use of blood, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of blood use, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse events, and ensuring the safety of blood transfusion.
