甲钴胺与硫辛酸联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Mecobalamin Combined with Lipoic Acid on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 观察甲钴胺与硫辛酸联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效.方法 选择该院接治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者的一般资料进行分析,抽选出2015年1月—2018年1月的70例患者进行实验,采用排序单双的方式将所有患者均分为两组,分别为对照组(序号为单数的35例患者)和实验组(序号为双数的35例患者).在运用常规血糖治疗的基础上,对照组患者采取单纯的甲钴胺用药干预,实验组患者采取甲钴胺与硫辛酸联合用药干预.对治疗前后的血糖控制状况以及神经病变TSS评分来进行观察和比较.结果 该次研究成果显示,在治疗前,实验组患者与对照组患者的血糖状况和神经病变TSS评分基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后两组患者血糖状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);神经病变TSS评分比较,实验组(5.29±1.36)分改善优于对照组(7.27±1.34)分(P<0.05).结论 以甲钴胺与硫辛酸联合用药的方式来进行糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗,能够有效地改善患者的神经功能状况,治疗效果显著.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mecobalamin and lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The general data of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in the hospital were selected for analysis,and 70 patients from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected for the experiment,and all patients were divided into single and even methods:the control group(single number 35 patients)and the experimental group(single number 35 patients).Based on the use of conventional blood glucose treatment,the patients in the control group took a simple mecobalamin medication intervention,and the patients in the experimental group took mecobalamin and lipoic acid combined medication intervention.Observe and compare the blood glucose control status and neuropathy TSS score before and after treatment.Results The results of this study showed that before treatment,the blood glucose status and neuropathy TSS scores of patients in the experimental group and the control group were basically the same,and there was no statitically significant difference(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose status between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);compared with the neuropathy TSS score,the experimental group(5.29±1.36)points improved better than the control group(7.27±1.34)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of mecobalamin and lipoic acid for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the neurological function of the patients.The treatment effect is remarkable.
