应用彩色多普勒超声评价糖尿病血管内皮功能效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Evaluating the Function of Diabetic Vascular Endothelium

目的 研究彩色多普勒超声对评估糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的价值.方法 将2017年5月-2019年9月该院收入的32例患者及32名健康体检者分别纳入患者组及健康组,均开展彩色多普勒超声检测,统计检测结果.结果 患者组肱动脉内径及血流量的基础测定值多于健康组,患者组肱动脉内径的反应性充血时百分数、服用硝酸甘油之后百分数及血流量的反应性充血时百分数少于健康组,1年之内病程患者的肱动脉内径值改变率多于1~10年、10年之上病程患者,仅存在2型糖尿病患者的肱动脉内径值改变率多于并存2种合并因素患者(P<0.05).结论 采取彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者血管内皮功能予以评估的效果较优.

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating vascular endothelial function in diabetic patients.Methods 32 patients and 32 health check-ups were included from the hospital from May 2017 to September 2019 in the patient group and the healthy group,respectively.Color Doppler ultrasound examination was carried out and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results The patient group had more basic measurements of brachial artery inner diameter and blood flow than the healthy group.The patient group's brachial artery inner diameter of reactive hyperemia percentage,after taking nitroglycerin,and blood flow reactive hyperemia percentage were less than the healthy group of change rate of the brachial artery diameter value of patients with disease course within 1 year was more than 1 year-10 years and the disease course of more than 10 years.Only patients with type 2 diabetes had more changes of brachial artery diameter value than patients with 2 coexisting factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a better effect on the assessment of vascular endothelial function in diabetic patients.
