幽门螺杆菌的治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Treatment on Blood Glucose in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌治疗前后对糖尿病患者血糖的影响.方法 选取2017年8月—2019年5月该院门诊和住院的405例2型糖尿病患者,其中确诊有幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者(观察组)198例,无幽门螺杆菌感染者(对照组)207例,分析比较两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数及临床特征.同时观察组成功根治幽门螺杆菌(184例)与根治前进行对比.结果 2型糖尿病感染幽门螺杆菌者的糖尿病相关指标高于无感染的2型糖尿病患者,幽门螺杆菌感染与空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖呈正相关.而根治幽门螺杆菌后糖尿病相关指标较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05).结论 幽门螺杆菌感染可导致糖尿病患者的血糖紊乱,幽门螺杆菌的根治可有效控制血糖.

Objective To explore the effect of Helicobacter pylori on blood glucose in diabetic patients before and after treatment.Methods 405 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in the outpatient and inpatient department of hospital from August 2017 to May 2019,including 198 patients with H.pylori(Hp)infection(observation group)and 207 patients without H.pylori infection(control group).2 hours after meal,the blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index and clinical characteristics were analyzed and compared.At the same time,the observation group successfully cured H.pylori(184 cases)compared with before radical cure.Results Type 2 diabetes patients with Helicobacter pylori infection had higher diabetes-related indicators than those without type 2 diabetes.Helicobacter pylori infection was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after a meal.However,after the eradication of Helicobacter pylori,the diabetes-related indicators decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection can cause blood glucose disorder in diabetic patients,and the radical cure of Helicobacter pylori can effectively control blood glucose.
