摘要
目的 探究阿托伐他汀强化治疗在急性缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 抽选该院2017年5月—2019年5月接收的急性缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者30例,将入选患者依照单双号分组法分成研究组15例、参照组15例.参照组患者实施常规对症治疗,研究组在对症治疗基础上,给予患者阿托伐他汀强化治疗,比较组间患者应用效果.结果 治疗前,研究组与参照组患者血糖水平及脑神经功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者血糖下降水平与脑神经功能评分下降更为明显,与参照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血糖恢复时间明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 利用阿托伐他汀强化治疗在急性缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者,可有效提升患者脑神经功能,改善血糖水平,缩短患者血糖恢复时间,促进患者早日康复,具有一定临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin intensive treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke and diabetes.Methods A total of 30 patients with acute ischemic stroke and diabetes received from May 2017 to May 2019 in the hospital were selected,and the selected patients were divided into a research group of 15 cases and a reference group of 15 cases according to the single and double number grouping method.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment.On the basis of symptomatic treatment,the research group gave patients intensive treatment with atorvastatin,and compared the effects of application among patients in the group.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels and brain nerve function scores between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the study group patients and brain nerve function scores decreased more significantly,compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive treatment with atorvastatin in patients with acute ischemic stroke and diabetes can effectively improve the brain nerve function,improve blood glucose level,shorten the blood glucose recovery time of the patient,and promote the patient's early recovery.It has certain clinical application value.
