心理护理联合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Exercise Therapy on Gestational Diabetes

目的 研究心理护理联合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床效果.方法 从2017年8月—2019年3月期间在该院治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者中随机抽取140例患者,按入院的先后顺序分为参照组和探究组,每组70例.参照组患者实施常规护理方法,探究组患者实施心理护理联合运动疗法,观察记录两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖值、餐后2h血糖值,同时对比两组患者的分娩情况及不良反应率.结果 护理前,两组患者的血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过护理后,探究组的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),探究组中出现早产、剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、羊水过多的人数少于参考组,不良反应率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施心理护理联合运动疗法,能有效降低其血糖值,避免在分娩过程中出现不良反应.

Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological care combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes patients.Methods From August 2017 to March 2019,140 patients with gestational diabetes treated in the hospital were randomly selected and divided into reference group and inquiry group according to the order of admission,70 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given conventional nursing methods,and the patients in the exploration group were given psychological care combined with exercise therapy.The fasting blood glucose values before and after care and the 2 h blood glucose values after meals were observed and recorded in the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in blood glucose values between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose value in the study group and the 2h postprandial blood glucose value were lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the number of premature delivery,cesarean section,fetal distress,and polyhydramnios in the investigation group was less than that in the reference group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological care combined with exercise therapy for gestational diabetes patients can effectively reduce their blood glucose levels and avoid adverse reactions during delivery.
