品管圈活动应用于糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的价值研究

Study on the Value of Quality Control Circle Activity in the Care of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Hemodialysis

目的 探索品管圈活动应用于糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的价值.方法 2017年9月—2018年9月选择120例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为试验对象,选择抓阄随机化分组,各60例,分别选择品管圈活动、常规护理,随后对比两组血糖值改善情况以及并发症发生率、WHOQOL-100量表评分.结果 观察组WHOQOL-100量表评分(84.74±3.78)分高于对照组,并发症发生率(1.67%)、空腹血糖(5.43±0.17)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.43±1.96)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.41±0.53)%低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施品管圈活动护理效果显著,可改善血糖值,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To explore the value of quality control circle activities in the care of patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis.Methods From Sept 2017 to Sept 2018 select 120 cases of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy as the test object,choose randomized grouping of 60 people,respectively,choose quality control circle activities and routine care,and then compare the improvement of blood glucose value and the incidence of complications,WHOQOL-100 scale rating.Results The observation group WHOQOL-100 scale score(84.74±3.78)points was higher than the control group,the incidence of complications(1.67%),fasting blood glucose(5.43±0.17)mmol/L,2 hours postprandial blood glucose(7.43±1.96)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(6.41±0.53)%is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out quality nursing care for diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients has a significant effect,which can improve blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of complications.
