优质护理在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的 以老年糖尿病疾病患者为例,对护理工作中优质护理方法的应用效果进行分析评价.方法 该次采取随机数字表法,将该院在2018年2月—2019年1月收治的84例老年糖尿病疾病患者分成两组,每组42例;其中,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,进一步对两组护理效果进行分析评价.结果 ①护理后,观察组FBG为(5.80±0.26)mmol/L、2 hPG为(8.01±0.53)mmol/L、HbA1c为(6.12±0.50)%;对照组,FBG为(6.61±0.42)mmol/L、2 hPG为(9.23±0.61)mmol/L、HbA1c为(7.05±0.67)%;护理后,观察组各项血糖指标水平均明显低于对照组,两者之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.256、6.279、6.372,P<0.05).②护理后,在并发症总发生率上,观察组为7.14%,明显要比对照组的33.33%低,两者之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.287,P<0.05).结论 在临床中,针对老年糖尿病疾病患者,采取优质护理方法的效果显著,可有效控制患者的血糖指标水平,降低相关并发症发生率.

Objective To take the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus as an example to analyze and evaluate the application effect of high-quality nursing methods in nursing work. Methods The random number table method was used this time to divide 84 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 into two different groups, with 42 cases in each group;for routine nursing, the observation group adopted high-quality nursing, and further analyzed and evaluated the nursing effects of the two groups. Results 1.After nursing, the FBG in the observation group was(5.80±0.26)mmol/L, 2 hPG was(8.01±0.53)mmol/L, HbA1 c was(6.12±0.50)%;the control group, FBG was(6.61±0.42)mmol/L, 2 hPG was(9.23±0.61)mmol/L, HbA1 c was(7.05±0.67)%;after care, the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two data(t =6.256, 6.279, 6.372, P <0.05). 2.After nursing, the total incidence of complications was 7.14% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two data(χ^2=11.287, P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, high-quality nursing methods are effective for elderly patients with diabetic disease, which can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and reduce the incidence of related complications;therefore.
