针对性护理干预在糖尿病合并白内障患者围手术期的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Period of Diabetic Patients with Cataract

目的 讨论针对性护理干预在糖尿病合并白内障患者围手术期的应用效果.方法 研究时间为2018年1月—2019年9月.观察对象为该院收治的44例糖尿病合并白内障患者,将其以随机法分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(针对性护理)各22例.评判标准:血糖、住院时间、并发症发生率及视力状况.结果 两组患者术前的空腹血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术后空腹血糖指标、血糖达标时间以及住院之间指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者并发症发生率的4.55%明显低于对照组的27.27%(P<0.05).两组患者术前的视力状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后两组患者视力<0.2及视力0.2~0.3发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组患者视力>0.3例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对性护理干预措施的实施将有利于稳定糖尿病合并白内障患者围手术期的血糖指标,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,改善视力状况.

Objective To discuss the effect of targeted nursing intervention in perioperative period of diabetic patients with cataract.Methods Research time from January 2018 to September 2019.Observation objects were 44 patients with diabetes and cataract admitted in the hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional care)and research group(targeted care)22 cases.Judgment criteria:blood glucose,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and vision status.Results There was no statistically signifantly difference in fasting blood glucose before operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose,postoperative blood glucose reaching time and hospitalization indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,27.27%(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity status between the two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05);there was no statistically signifantly difference in the rate of patients with postoperative visual acuity<0.2 and visual acuity 0.2-0.3 between the two groups(P>0.05),but the visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than 0.3 in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing interventions will be conducive to stabilizing the perioperative glycemic index of diabetic patients with cataract,shortening the length of hospital stay,reducing the incidence of complications.
