中西医结合护理对于慢性乙肝糖尿病患者的影响效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Diabetes

目的 研究中西医结合护理对于慢性乙肝糖尿病患者的影响效果.方法 随机抽取该院于2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的165例慢性乙肝糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组(n=82)与观察组(n=83),对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用中西医结合护理干预,对两组患者的干预后临床指标变化、心理状态及护理满意度进行评价与对比.结果 观察组干预后的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(PBG)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的焦虑评分(SAS)与抑郁评分(SDS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对慢性乙肝糖尿病患者采用中西医结合护理效果尤为显著,在临床上具有应用价值.

Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on patients with chronic hepatitis B diabetes.Methods Randomly selected 165 patients with chronic hepatitis B diabetes admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the research object,and were divided into a control group(n=82)and an observation group(n=83)according to the order of admission,for the control group,routine nursing intervention was applied,and for the observation group,integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention was used to evaluate and compare the changes in clinical indicators,psychological status,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after intervention.Results Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(PBG)after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);observation After intervention,the anxiety score(SAS)and depression score(SDS)were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with chronic hepatitis B diabetes is particularly significant,and it has clinical application value.
