手术室护理在子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者中的价值和护理质量观察

Observation on the Value and Nursing Quality of Operating Room Nursing in Patients with Uterine Fibroids and Diabetes

目的 探究对子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者实施手术室护理的效果.方法 随机将2017年5月—2019年5月该院72例子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者分为对照组(36例,应用手术室常规护理)、实验组(36例,应用手术室循证护理).对比两组患者血糖水平、护理质量评分及并发症发生率.结果 实验组术中血糖水平较对照组更低(P<0.05),且护理质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05).结论 对子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者实施手术室循证护理的效果较佳,可有效减小血糖波动,护理质量更高.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing in operating room for patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes.Methods Randomly divide 72 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes from May 2017 to May 2019 into a control group(36 cases,applying routine nursing in the operating room)and an experimental group(36 cases,applying evidence-based nursing in the operating room).The blood glucose level,quality of care score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood glucose level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality score was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group(2.78%)was lower than that of the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the operating room is better for patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes,which can effectively reduce blood glucose fluctuations and provide a higher quality of care.
