城市热网管道检测智能巡检机器人的设计与应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对非供热期城市热网管道缺陷检查的业务,本文分析采用智能巡检机器人取代人工检查的可行性、功能需求、结构设计和智能技术应用,以提升热网管道内部巡检的质量、效率和全覆盖性,提高冬季居民供热稳定性和安全性。结果表明,非供热期热网管道检查的业务对智能巡检机器人的功能需求包括直径300~800mm的热网管道检查;电池续航能力强,遥控操作简单;视频动态监视和信号在管道内远传至管道外;自动出缺陷诊断报告。由无线智能巡检机器人代替人工管道巡检作业,巡检速度提高了5倍以上,测点数量可提升约2000倍,报警及时率提高3倍以上,管道缺陷报警准确度达到90%以上,漏检率低于5%。管道巡检机器人的应用将弥补以往低于直径700mm管道内部人工检查因无法进入导致的"技术性放弃"的检查真空地带。 Aiming at defect inspection business of urban heating network pipeline during non-heating period,this article analyzes the feasibility,functional requirements,structural design and intelligent technology application of replacing manual inspections with intelligent inspection robots,the purpose is to improve the quality,efficiency and full coverage of internal inspection of heating network pipelines,and thus to improve the stability and safety of resident heat supply in winter.The results show that the functional requirements of heating network pipeline inspection business for intelligent inspection robots during non-heating period include the following aspects:inspection of heating network pipeline with a diameter of 300 mm-800 mm;robots shall be perfect in battery life and simple in remote control;video dynamic monitoring can be achieved and signals can be transmitted from inside of the pipeline to the outside;defect diagnosis reports are provided automatically.By means of replacing the manual pipeline inspection operation with wireless intelligent inspection robots,the inspection speed is increased by over 5 times,the number of measurement points is increased by about 2000 times,the alarm promptness is increased by over 3 times,and the accuracy of pipeline defect alarms is over 90%with omission ratio less than 5%.The application of pipeline inspection robots will fill the inspection empty space of"technical waiver"due to inability to enter the pipeline with a diameter of less than 700 mm by manual inspection in the past.
