智能化汽车煤采制系统的应用与改进

摘要 汽车煤智能化采制流程按照人工采制的工作流程进行设定,通过智能化设计实现了对煤质进行自动采样、制样的全过程管理与控制,有利于煤质监督,不需要人工干预,减少包装、编码等中间错节环节的管理,杜绝采制过程中存在疏漏问题的情况发生;智能化设备更需要工作人员的定期维保和治理改进,才能实现智能化采制设备的健康稳定运行。因此,针对汽车煤智能化采制设备的维护和改造方面进行改进和经验归纳,以期待同行经验交流。 The processes of vehicle intelligent coal sampling and sample preparation are set in accordance with the manual sampling and preparation processes. This system realizes management and control of the whole process of automatic sampling and sample preparation for coal quality through intelligent design,which is conducive to coal quality supervision without manual intervention,and reduces the management of packing, coding and other intermediate misjoint links, and eliminates the occurrence of omissions during sampling and sample preparation;intelligent equipment requires regular maintenance and transformation by staff to achieve healthy and stable operation of intelligent sampling and sample preparation equipment, to this end,we made some minor improvements and experience summary on the maintenance and transformation of vehicle intelligent coal sampling and sample preparation equipment,with the hope to exchange and share with peers.
