红沙泉混煤与三道岭砂墩子洗精煤混配制水煤浆性质研究

摘要 神华新疆化工有限公司采用准东红沙泉混煤与托克逊黑山混煤作为水煤浆气化的原料,但托克逊黑山煤矿在冬季存在道路管制、运输困难等问题。为了提高原料煤供应的稳定性和拓展原料煤的供应范围,通过哈密三道岭砂墩子洗精煤的煤质分析数据及实验室实验准东红沙泉混煤和砂墩子洗精煤的成浆效果,证明砂墩子洗精煤与红沙泉混煤混配可以制得性质稳定的水煤浆,满足水煤浆气化炉使用要求。 Shenhua Xinjiang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. takes mixed coals from Hongshaquan Coal Mine in Xinjiang Zhundong Mine Field and mixed coals from Heishan Mine in Tuokexun County as raw materials for the coal water slurry gasification,but Heishan Mine in Tuokexun County faces road regulation and transportation difficulties in winter. In order to improve the supply stability of feed coals and expand the supply scope of feed coals,the coal quality analytical data of cleaned coals from Shadunzi Coal Mine in Hami Sandaoling Mine Area and the laboratory data of slurring effect of mixed coals from Hongshaquan Coal Mine in Xinjiang Zhundong Mine Field and cleaned coals from Shadunzi Coal Mine demonstrate that the blending of cleaned coals from Shadunzi Coal Mine and mixed coal from Hongshaquan Coal Mine can prepare water coal slurry with stable properties,which meets the use requirement of water coal slurry gasification furnace.
