为了解布鲁氏菌病诊断试剂的敏感性和特异性,在开展牛羊布鲁氏菌病的净化中有针对地选择敏感性和特异性高的诊断试剂,减少漏检和误检,2019年3月对4个生产厂家的布鲁氏菌病诊断试剂进行对比试验。不同厂家的布鲁氏菌病诊断试剂的敏感性存在一定的差异,在使用中要针对不同的检测目的,有针对性选择布鲁氏菌病诊断试剂。

In order to understand the sensitivity and specificity of brucellosis diagnostic reagents,we have targeted the selection of highly sensitive and specific diagnostic reagents in the development of bovine and sheep brucella brucellosis to reduce missed detection and false detection,in March 2019,a comparative trial of brucellosis reagents from four manufacturers was conducted.There are some differences in the sensitivity of brucellosis diagnostic reagents from different manufacturers,and the selection of brucellosis diagnostic reagents should be targeted to different detection purposes.
