Causes and Precautions of Immunization Failure on Chicken Farms

做好疫苗免疫接种是预防多种传染性疾病传播流行、提高鸡群身体抵抗能力的关键工作。但在疾病防控中,由于很多养殖户缺乏科学的免疫知识,造成免疫效果较差,甚至会造成免疫失败,使疾病在养殖场中快速传播蔓延,造成严重的发病,给养殖户带来不可挽回的经济损失。疫苗免疫接种失败后,鸡群不能产生相应的抗体,使鸡群出现免疫空白,给多种致病原的侵入提供条件。该文主要论述鸡场免疫失败的原因和注意事项。

Vaccination is the key to prevent the spread of infectious disease and to improve the resistance of chickens.However,in disease prevention and control,due to the lack of scientific immunization knowledge among many farmers,the effectiveness of immunization is poor,and even results in the failure of immunization,which makes the disease spread rapidly in the farms,resulting in serious diseases,bring irretrievable economic loss to the farmer.After the failure of vaccination,the chickens can not produce the corresponding antibodies,so that the chickens immune blank,to provide conditions for the invasion of a variety of pathogens.This paper mainly discusses the causes of immune failure in chicken farm and points for attention.
