摘要
试验选用618只快速生长型黄羽肉鸡,随机分为2个组,每个组3个重复,对照组0~15日龄阶段日粮中添加50 ppm/kg金霉素,16~30日龄阶段添加40 ppm/kg杆菌肽锌,31~40日龄不添加抗生素。试验组是在对照组的基础上每个阶段额外添加4 ppm/kg黄霉素,研究黄霉素协同对黄羽肉鸡的促生长作用。结果表明,黄霉素协同显著或极显著提高各阶段的饲料报酬(P<0.05或P<0.01)。黄霉素添加组显著降低31~40日龄阶段的只均饲料采食量(P<0.05),极显著地降低全程只均饲料采食量(P<0.01)。试验组的各阶段增重和对照组没有显著差异。试验表明,黄霉素和金霉素、杆菌肽锌有很好的协同促生长作用。
In this study,618 fast growing yellow barbered broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 3 replicates in each group.In the control group,50ppm/kg aureomycin was added to the diet at 0~15 days of age,40 ppm/kg bacitracin zinc was added at 16~30 days of age,and no antibiotics were added at 31~40 days of age.In the experimental group,4 ppm/kg of flavamycin was added to the control group at each stage to study the growth-promoting effect of flavamycin on yellow feathered broilers.The results showed that the synergism of flavamycin significantly or significantly increased the feed remuneration at each stage(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The flavamycin supplementation group significantly reduced the average feed intake at the age of 31~40 days(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the total feed intake at the whole process(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in weight gain between the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that flavamycin,aureomycin and bacitracin zinc had a good synergistic effect on growth.
