摘要
[目的]通过对本科护生专业自我概念与一般未来时间洞察力的现状调查,探讨二者的相关性。[方法]运用护理专业自我概念量表和一般未来时间洞察力问卷对142名全日制4年制本科护生进行调查。[结果]本科护生专业自我概念总分为(82.69±11.09)分;未来时间洞察力总分为(52.22±9.64)分;未来时间洞察力与专业自我概念呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);回归分析表明,行为承诺和未来效能维度对专业自我概念有预测作用。[结论]护生的专业自我概念与一般未来时间洞察力有着密切的关系。学校要指引护生关注未来发展,提高其专业自我概念,以促进职业发展。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of professional self-concept and general future time perspective of undergraduate nursing students,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:A survey of 142 full-time 4-year undergraduate nursing students was performed using the Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument(PSCNI)and the General Future Time Perspective(GFTP)questionnaire.Results:The total score of PSCNI and GFTP in undergraduate nursing students were(82.69±11.09)and(52.22±9.64),respectively.Future time perspective of undergraduate nursing students was positively correlated with professional self-concept(P<0.01,P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the dimensions of behavioral commitment and future efficacy had predictive effects on professional self-concept.Conclusions:The professional self-concept of nursing students is closely related to general future time perspective.Schools should guide nursing students to pay attention to future development and improve their professional self-concepts to promote career development.
