移动健康APP在慢性病中应用效果评价的研究现状

Research status quo of application effect evaluation of mobile health care APP in chronic diseases

综述移动健康应用程序(Application,APP)在慢性病中应用效果评价的研究现状,指出目前移动健康APP在慢性病中的研究中长期、大样本随机对照干预性研究及对其应用评价,尤其是病人结局评价的研究较少。今后应加强APP干预的中期、远期效果观察与评价,提高研究质量,关注已有APP干预研究的过程评价及病人结局评价。

It reviewed the research status quo of the application effect evaluation of mobile health care applications(APP)in chronic diseases.It pointed out that the long-term,large-sample randomized controlled interventional research and its application evaluation,especially the researches of patient outcome evaluation were fewer in the current research of mobile health care APP in chronic diseases.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the observation and evaluation of the mid-term and long-term effects of APP intervention,improve the quality of research,and pay attention to the process evaluation of existing APP intervention research and patient outcome evaluation.
