摘要
文章采用调查问卷的方式,以W大学为研究案例完成了对高校基层学术治理结构的要素调查和治理能力的分析,如果把基层学术分委员会参与学院学术事项的程度作为学术治理能力的衡量标准,从要素分析的实际效果上来看,W大学的基层学术治理能力较高。而且,职务委员参与学术决策对基层学术治理能力的提升具备正效应,但是委员的年龄并不能成为基层学术组织提升治理能力的影响要素。
The article adopts the questionnaire,which takes schools of W-university as cases,to investigate the grass-roots academic governance structure and analyze the university's governance capacity.Supposing the value of academic governance capacity could be worth the participation degree of academic affairs,the schools of W-university would have been considered to hold a higher actual capacity of academic governance.Also the fact of committee members who are administration staff play a role in academic decision-making would be result in the positive effects for the improvement of schools'academic governance,however,the age of committee members wouldn't be considered as a factor to improve the governance capacity of grass-roots academic units.
