面向机电产品开发全过程的机制专业综合实践模式 被引量:1

摘要 针对机械设计制造及其自动化专业综合项目实践中综合性、设计性和创新性不足的问题,以成果为导向进行课程反向设计,构建面向机电产品开发全过程的设计、制造与控制的专业项目实践模式。首先根据专业毕业要求确定课程目标;然后针对目标开发夹持机械手开发工程项目;重组项目实施管理流程,由不同专业方向的学生组成一个实践小组,面向复杂机械工程问题的解决过程,分阶段、有层次地以团队形式开展项目实践;根据课程目标细化项目中考核点,通过过程化、多元化的考核机制实现对学生能力的有效评价。通过3届学生的实践,学生参与实验热情度大大提高,解决复杂问题能力得到有效提升。 Aiming to the problem of lack of comprehensiveness,designability and innovation in the comprehensive project practice of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation major,a new comprehensive project practice mode faced with the whole process of mechanical and electrical product development design,manufacturing and control is built using reverse design of course conducted for results.Firstly,course objectives is defined according to the graduation requirements of the major.Then a gripper manipulator engineering project is developed for the objectives.Thirdly,the project implementation management process was reorganized.,practice groups were formed by students from different major fields and the project practice was carried out in a phased and hierarchical way in a team based on the process of solving complex mechanical engineering problems.Finally,according to the course objectives,the examination points in the project are specified,and the effective evaluation of students'ability is realized through a process and diversified examination mechanism.After the practice of 3 sessions of students,the students'enthusiasm for participating in experiments was greatly improved,and their ability solving complex problems is effectively improved.
