高等专业音乐院校自主招生风险管理研究

高等专业音乐院校招生工作从现代管理角度看,就是一个项目,涉及学校、考生、评委、家长各方,工作环节复杂。从工作启动、计划、执行、控制到收尾,每个环节都存在风险点,稍有不慎都可能出现问题,造成极坏的影响。文章主要研究高等专业音乐院校自主招生风险防控管理,识别招生中存在的风险点、分析风险产生原因并提出相应对策,提高招生项目的成功率,以达到通过招生工作扩大学院影响力、吸引优秀学生、提高生源质量的目的。

From the perspective of modern management,recruiting students in higher professional music conservatories is a project.It involves conservatories,examinees,judges and parents and has complex work links.From the start,planning,implementation,control to the end of the work,there are risk points in every link of the project.If there is a little carelessness,problems may occur,causing extremely bad impact.This paper mainly studies the risk prevention and control management of independent recruitment in higher professional music conservatories.It identifies the risk points in student recruitment,analyzes the causes of the risks and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the success rate of student recruitment projects,so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the conservatories'influence,attracting excellent students and improving the quality of students.
