摘要
当今形势下,社会对于专业技术型人才的需求不断增加,越来越多的岗位和部门需要高素质人才,因此,文化课的应用价值也逐渐提高,但目前部分高职院校的学生对于文化课,也就是提升文化素养方面的重视程度不高,出现了“厌学”的状况。针对此种情况,课题组通过以质量管理理念设计质量标准,以实践调研为检验手段,实现课程改革、教学要素改革和课堂质量管理改革,达到教学质量标准控制,进行了高职学生文化课“厌学转乐学”的实践研究。
Under the current situation,the society increased the demands for professional talent with skills.More and more positions and departments need high-quality professional personnel.Therefore,the application value of cultural courses is gradually improved,while higher vocational school plays an important role in cultivation.However,some parts of students in higher vocational schools pay less attention to culture courses at present,namely little improvement of cultural quality.Aimed at weary learning,through designing quality standards based on the concept of quality management and taking practical investigation as the test method,the research group realized the reform of curriculum and teaching elements and achieved the control of teaching quality standards.The author conducts a practical reform on culture courses and teaching element for students in higher vocational school based on"turn weary learning into happy learning".
