"钻石经济圈"综合运输通道对于形成互联互通、高效一体、绿色安全的立体综合交通网络,形成中国经济发展的新引擎具有重大意义。依据"钻石经济圈"综合运输通道层次划分及布局思路,按照通道规划的思维,研究"钻石经济圈"综合运输通道的构成、功能定位及运量分配。将"钻石经济圈"综合运输通道划分为国际通道、国内通道和区域通道3个层次,国际通道在综合分析中国现代国际通道的基础上,结合国际贸易的主要方向和流向确定;国内通道在分析区域主要联系方向和城市群的基础上,结合客货运输需求分析确定;区域通道根据城镇体系布局、产业发展和客货运输需求分析确定。最终,形成"3+6"国际国内对外通道和8条区域性综合运输通道。

The integrated transportation corridors of the Diamond Economic Circle shape a connected,efficient,green,and safe multi-modal traffic network,which is of great significance in creating a drive for the economic growth in China.This paper studies the structure,functions,and traffic distribution of the integrated transportation corridors according to its layers,layout,and corridor planning concept.The integrated transportation corridors are put into three layers:international corridors,domestic corridors,and regional corridors.The international corridors are defined based on the main directions and flow of international trade after analysis on the modern international corridors in China.In contrast,the domestic corridors are defined based on passenger and freight traffic demand with report on the directions of regional economic connections and city clusters.The regional corridors are determined by urban industry distribution,industry development,and passenger and freight traffic demand.Finally,the 3+6 international and domestic corridors outward and eight regional corridors are proposed.
