A Tentative Study on the Market-oriented Operation of Passenger Trains on the Conventional Lines of Guangzhou Railway Group

普速铁路旅客列车市场化开行应以需求为导向,根据不同时期客流变化动态调整旅客列车开行方案,灵活配置运能供给,满足旅客运输需求,提升运营效益。阐述广州局集团公司普速铁路旅客列车开行现状和存在问题,分析普速铁路旅客列车开行的市场需求,设计普速铁路实施"一日一图"运输组织模式的方案。结合高速铁路运营经验,从联合办公与会商、运营分析、人员快速调配、突发情况应急方面,提出"一日一图"模式需要建立的相关组织机制。针对普速铁路"一日一图"特点,从优化资源配置、做优普速产品、创新运输机制方面,提出实施"一日一图"的保障措施,以提升普速铁路干线旅客列车的吸引力。

The market-oriented operation of conventional passenger trains should be demanddriven.The train operation plan shall be dynamically adjusted according to the fluctuation of passenger flow in different periods to flexibly configure the transport capacity,and meet the passenger transport demand and increase the revenue.This paper expounds on the operation status and existing problems of a conventional passenger train of Guangzhou Railway Group,analyzes the market demand of conventional passenger train operation,and designs the transportation organization plan based on daily train working diagram.Combined with the operation experience of high-speed railway,from the aspects of joint office and consultation,operation analysis,rapid deployment of personnel,and emergency,this paper puts forward the relevant organizational mechanism to be established in the mode of daily train working diagram.According to the characteristics of daily train working diagram for the conventional railway,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of implementing daily train working diagram from the aspects of optimizing resource allocation,optimizing conventional train products and innovating transportation mechanism to enhance the attractiveness of passenger trains on conventional trunk lines.
