合安高速铁路引入合肥铁路枢纽过渡方案研究

A Study on the Transitional Scheme of Hefei-Anqing High-Speed Railway to Hefei Railway Hub

合安高速铁路作为连接长江经济带和长三角城市群的客运通道,是皖江城市带重要的交通基础设施。在分析合安高速铁路引入合肥铁路枢纽影响的基础上,提出保守方案(方案Ⅰ)和竞争方案(方案Ⅱ) 2种合安高速铁路引入合肥铁路枢纽过渡方案。经综合比选,选择保守方案作为合安高速铁路引入合肥铁路枢纽的推荐过渡方案,有助于补充合肥铁路枢纽的运输能力,缓解合肥站和合肥南站的客运压力,为合安高速铁路早日接入我国铁路网络,响应大别山革命老区连片开发战略,完善长江经济带区域路网布局,带动沿线地区经济社会发展奠定基础。

As a passenger corridor connecting Yangtze River Economic Belt and Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration,Hefei-Anqing High-Speed Railway is an important transportation infrastructure in Wanjiang City Belt.Based on the analysis of the influence of connecting HefeiAnqing High-Speed Railway to Hefei Railway Hub,this paper proposes two transitional schemes:a conservative scheme(Ⅰ)and a competitive scheme(Ⅱ).After comparison and selection,it is recommended to adopt the conservative scheme as the transitional scheme which is helpful to supplement the transportation capacity of Hefei Railway Hub,release the passenger pressure of Hefei Station and Hefei South Station,facilitate the early access of Hefei-Anqing High-Speed Railway to the national railway network,respond to the contiguous development strategy of Dabieshan revolutionary area,improve the regional network layout of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and drive the regional economic and social development along the line.
