基于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的医学规培医师职业认同调查 被引量:8

Investigation on professional identity of medical regulatory students during the COVID-19 epidemic

摘要 目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情下医学规培医师对从事医学的职业认同感。方法选取在陆军军医大学第二附属医院规培医师共计40名,通过自制调查问卷结合焦虑自评量表,评估疫情暴发形势下该群体对医学职业的认同度。结果40名规培医师均完成了职业认同调查,对于抗击疫情有着强烈的使命感、责任感、自豪感,同时95%(38/40)的规培医师存在焦虑情绪。对于疫情暴发后医患关系能否改善,有55%(22/40)的规培医师认为可能改善,在不能改善的原因中行政因素占22.5%(9/40),认为医护收入低的占15%(6/40)。结论新冠肺炎疫情下的规培医师群体普遍存在心理焦虑,需要积极、合理的疏导,此次疫情并未影响到规培医师群体对医学事业的执着追求,但改善医患关系、构建和谐的行医环境,需要更多努力。 Objective To investigate the professional identity of medical regulatory students during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A total of 40 medical regulatory students in our hos-pital were selected to evaluate their medical professional identity during the COVID-19 epidemic by self-designed questionnaire and self-assessment anxiety scale.Results All 40 students have com-pleted the professional identity survey,and expressed strong sense of mission,responsibility and pride in fighting the epidemic.At the same time,95%(38/40)of them were anxious,while 55%(22/40)of the doctors think it is possible to improve the relationship between doctors and pati-ents after the epidemic.Among the reasons for lack of improvement,22.5%(9/40)of students consider the problems as administrative issues,while 15%(6/40)of them think these problems exist because of low medical income.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,psychological anxiety generally exists in the group of medical regulatory doctors,and they need positive and re-asonable psychological counseling.This epidemic does not affect medical regulatory doctors'per-sistent pursuit of medical career,but more efforts are still required to improve doctor-patient rel-ationship and build a harmonious environment for practicing medicine.
