适应医学院校教育背景的药学专业课程体系建设

Course system construction of pharmaceutical major conforming to the background of medical colleges

随着人们健康意识的不断增强,对药学人才的需求也趋于多元,药学人才培养也从传统的、单一的提供“药学产品”向与提供“药学服务”并行的双向模式转化。医学院校药学教育存在于医学教育背景之下,具有承担药学人才转型责任的天然优势。文章分析了近3年医学院校药学教育招生规模、专业组成和课程设置情况,提出了适应医学院校教育背景的药学专业课程体系建设,从药学专业通识课、专业基础课、专业课、实习过程几方面进行优化,从而培养符合社会需求的药学高级人才。

With people's increasing awareness on health,the demand of pharmaceutical tal-ents is becoming diversified,and cultivation of pharmaceutical talents has transferred from the traditional concept of singly providing"pharmaceutical products"to bidirectional mode of provi-ding both"pharmaceutical products"as well as"pharmaceutical service".Existing under the back-ground of medical education,pharmaceutical education in medical colleges owns advantage in sho-uldering responsibility of transformation of pharmaceutical talents.This paper analyzes the situ-ation of enrollment scale,formation of majors and curriculum setting of pharmaceutical education in medical colleges in recent three years,and proposed course system construction of pharmaceu-tical major conforming to the background of medical colleges so that general courses,basic pro-fessional courses,professional courses as well as practice in pharmaceutical majors will be opti-mized,in order to cultivate high-level pharmaceutical talents who meet the social needs.
