摘要
该研究使用360°考核法对参与医师职业精神三段式考试模式的82名2014级临床医学实习生(实验组)的医师职业精神和沟通能力进行了评价,并与未参加过该考试的2011级78名实习生(对照组)进行对比分析。结果显示,使用责任指数考核法、情境判断测试和客观结构化临床考试针对不同学习阶段的医学生开展医师职业精神三段式考试可以显著提升医学生医师职业精神和沟通能力,特别是在“医师职业精神”“人际沟通与交流能力”和“患者照顾”方面与未参加过该考试模式的医学生比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),证明医师职业精神三段式考试模式具有较好的实践意义和推广价值。
This study adopted 360-degree assessment to evaluate the medical professiona-lism and communication skills of 82 clinical medicine interns enrolled in 2014(the experimental group),and made comparison with 78 interns enrolled in 2011 who hadn't attened this exam.The results showed that compared with the results of students who hadn't attend this exam,using con-scientiousness index,situational judgement tests and objective structured clinical examination to make three-stage assessment to medical students at difference learning stages can significantly im-prove students'medical professionalism and communicating skills,especially in term of"medical professionalism","communicating ability"as well as"paient care",and the difference is statistic-ally significant(P<0.05).It is proved that three-stage assessment mode is of good practical sig-nificance and is worth promoting.
