精准培养视阈下医学职业院校内部质量保证体系构建研究

Research on construction of internal quality assurance system in medical vocational colleges under the view of precise cultivation

管办评分离已成为教育管理体系改革的必然趋势。在此背景下,高校管理转型过程中仍存在不少突出问题。通过分析教育发展的时代背景以及面临的困境,提出构建广主体、多要素、全过程的内部质量保证体系,形成“精准定位、精准培养、精准诊断、持续改进”四个维度的精准医学人才培养体系,从而有效保证教学实施,提高利益相关方满意度,实现育人质量的不断提升。

The separation of education management and evaluation has become an inevitable trend.However,there are still many prominent problems in the process of management transi-tion.By analyzing the background and the dilemma of education development,this paper propo-ses to build a broad-based,multi-element and whole-process internal quality assurance system,and form a precise medical talent training system with four dimensions of"precise orientation,pre-cise cultivation,precise diagnosis as well as constant improvement",in order to effectively ensure the implementation of teaching,improve the satisfaction of stakeholders,and achieve a continu-ous improvement in the quality of education.
