关于发展“双元制”职业教育、培育蓝领精英的研究

Research on the Development of“Dual System”Vocational Education and the Cultivation of Blue-collar Elites

伴随中国社会经济的迅猛发展,知识经济也在慢慢形成和发展。电子科技、信息传媒等行业中出现的高科技企业数量越来越多,这意味着绝大部分企业正在从传统产业结构过渡到现代产业结构。而产业结构的提高和升级对蓝领人才的素质要求也就越来越高,为此,提出关于发展"双元制"职业教育、培育蓝领精英的研究。文章通过分析职业教育现状,从推动职业教育人才培养目标升级、加强职业情怀培养、建立与现代学徒制相适应的评价机制、深化专业教学改革四个方面进行深入研究。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the knowledge economy is forming and developing gradually.The increasing number of high-tech enterprises in electronic technology,information media and other industries means that most enterprises are transitioning from traditional industrial structure to modern industrial structure,whereas the improvement and upgrade of industrial structure also requires the quality of blue-collar talents.It is getting higher and higher,so the research on the development of"dual system"vocational education and the cultivation of bluecollar elites are proposed.By analyzing the status quo of vocational education,it conducts in-depth research from four aspects such as promoting the upgrading of vocational education personnel training goals,strengthening vocational sentiment training,establishing an evaluation mechanism suitable for modern apprenticeship,and deepening professional teaching reform.
